Building & Planning

The City of Garibaldi regulates land use within its municipal borders. Planning questions should be addressed to the City's Land Use Planner, Jay Sennewald. All building with the City of Garibaldi must have a land use approval before a structural permit is issued. Structural code with Garibaldi is regulated by Tillamook County Community Development - (503) 842-3408. Questions regarding structural building must be addressed by the County's Building Official, Craig Wakefield.

Planning Commission

The Garibaldi Planning Commission meets in the City Council Chambers on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise noticed. The Planning Commission will occasionally hold meetings on other dates and at other times as necessary. The next regular meeting will be held on:
