The Garibaldi Urban Renewal Agency (GURA) was formed by the City Council on July 19, 2006 through Ordinance 292, and has been codified as Chapter 2.45 of the City's municipal code. Regular meetings of the agency board are normally held on the third Monday of February, May, August and November, and typically start at 6:30 p.m. The GURA budget committee will meet on:
