About the Agency

The Garibaldi Urban Renewal Agency (GURA) was formed by the City Council on July 19, 2006 through Ordinance 292, and has been codified as Chapter 2.45 of the city's municipal code.

The agency is also made-up of the 5 members of the City Council.
