The City of Garibaldi Utility Billing Department is located at Garibaldi City Hall, 107 Sixth Street. The City provides water and/or sewer service to approximately 570 households and businesses.
Monday: Noon to 5 p.m.
Tuesday - Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
To Make a Utility Payment:
Payments can be made with a credit or debit card online by clicking here, by calling the Utility Billing Clerk at (503) 974-8756, or in person at Garibaldiin the drop box located at the entrance to Garibaldi City Hall.
*Currently the office is closed due to COVID-19 - payments can be dropped in the drop box.
Please note that if you are making a late payment, drop box payments may delay our processing of your payment. This could result in a 24-hour notice or possible disconnection of service.
